Dazzling Concepts Policies

Reservations

A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.  Orders must be paid in full on the day of the event. Payment options include cash, checks, or credit cards.

Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled event or deposit becomes nonrefundable.

Cleaning

All entertainment décor is delivered, setup and ready for use. China, silverware, and glassware rentals must be lightly scraped or rinsed before pickup. An additional 25% will be charged for each item not rinsed.

Damage

Customers are responsible for all missing and damaged items. A 15% replacement fee (based on total package price) will be charged for any damaged items.

Delivery

Delivery within Metro Atlanta is included FREE of charge.  If location is outside of Metro Atlanta, the delivery charge is $50.00. Delivery hours are typically 2-4 hours before your event begins. On-site setup and pick-up will occur at the same location.

Agreement of Rental Use

All Dazzling Concepts décor items must remain in the Atlanta area. If you should have any questions, please call our office.
