  • How do I know that my order has been received?

    You will receive an email confirmation for orders placed on our website. If you do not receive a confirmation please call (404) 375-5146 to confirm that your order was received.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. At trade shows or in-person events, we do accept cash and checks.

  • Where do your gift ideas come from?

    We have spent countless hours scouring for great gift ideas to help relieve some of your Sick & Tired moments you might experience in life. We are constantly working on the next series of Sick & Tired products including our Men line, so we welcome any feedback or product ideas.

  • How are your gifts shipped?

    We ship our gifts either with UPS or FedEx.

  • Can I send a package internationally?

    No, We currently do not ship outside of the United States

  • Substitution Policy

    For a variety of reasons we will occasionally run out of a specific item. More is usually on the way but sometimes there are additional delays from vendors. This situation does not occur often but when it does we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value; as per our policy.

  • Do you collect sales Tax? What forms of payment do you accept?
